02 · A game that does not load or behaves strangely

Tell us the console, the exact game title and the browser and device you were using, plus what happened — a black screen, no sound, controls that do not respond. Most games are embedded from external providers, so some problems are on their side, but knowing about them lets us mark or replace the title.

03 · Corrections to a description or a technical sheet

If a year, developer, genre or description on a game page is wrong, send the page link and the correction. We check it against the sources and update the page in all five languages.

04 · Copyright

If you hold rights over a title in the catalogue and want it removed, please follow the procedure on our DMCA page: it lists what your notice needs to contain and how we process it. Requests sent to the address above with that information are handled the same way.
