About Resident Evil 2
Resident Evil 2 drops rookie cop Leon Kennedy and college student Claire Redfield into a zombie-overrun Raccoon City, expanding the original's survival-horror formula with the Zapping System that lets each character's playthrough affect the other's story. This N64 port compresses the two-disc original onto a single cartridge while keeping its tighter puzzle design and varied enemy types, including the relentless Mr. X.
