About Theme Hospital
Theme Hospital puts you in charge of building and running a hospital, from placing reception desks and wards to hiring doctors and deciding how much to charge for curing invented illnesses like Bloaty Head. Success is a balancing act: too few staff and queues spiral, too many and payroll sinks you, while epidemics and VIP inspections arrive at the worst moments. Bullfrog wrapped a genuinely demanding management sim in relentless British humour, announced over the hospital tannoy.
