About Digimon World 3
Digimon World 3 moves further still from the series' roots, dropping both the original's raising sim and the second game's dungeon-crawling for a conventional JRPG structure closer to Final Fantasy VII or The Legend of Dragoon, with an overworld map, separate battle screens and a human hero leading a party of Digimon partners. It plays as a distinctly different game from either predecessor despite the shared branding.
