About Doom
Doom's PlayStation port brings the genre-defining first-person shooter to console, combining the levels of the original game and its Doom II sequel with atmospheric lighting effects and a moodier ambient soundtrack not present in the PC releases. Corridor-clearing combat against demons with an escalating arsenal, from pistol to chainsaw to BFG, stays intact despite the platform's more limited controls.
