About Doraemon 3 - Makai no Dungeon
Doraemon 3: Makai no Dungeon abandons the series' platforming roots entirely for a dungeon-crawler RPG in the vein of Torneko or Chocobo's Dungeon, after Nobita and Doraemon discover a cave that turns into a sprawling demon dungeon once monsters emerge from an altar inside. Exploring randomised floors, fighting monsters and using Doraemon's gadgets as functional items replaces the earlier games' straightforward side-scrolling.
