About Final Fantasy Tactics
Final Fantasy Tactics runs isometric, grid-based battles where terrain height and facing direction matter as much as raw stats, letting players build custom squads across a deep job system spanning knights, mages and more esoteric classes. Its political, morally grey story of civil war and betrayal set a noticeably darker tone than the mainline Final Fantasy series was known for at the time.
