About Space Invaders X
Space Invaders X reworks the 1978 fixed-shooter classic in full 3D, replacing the flat sprite aliens with modelled enemies while keeping the core loop of destroying descending rows before they reach the bottom. A new special-attack system rewards destroying four aliens of the same type in a row with a bonus missile, adding a light layer of strategy to the otherwise faithful arcade formula.
