About Threads of Fate
Threads of Fate lets you play the same action-RPG story from either of two opposing perspectives: Rue, a boy who can transform into monsters he defeats, or Mint, a spoiled princess flinging elemental magic. Both are chasing the same legendary artefact for entirely different reasons, and completing the game once unlocks the other character's campaign with new dialogue and puzzle solutions. Its lighter, comic tone and real-time combat set it apart from Square's more solemn turn-based RPGs of the era.
