About Tomba!

Tomba! is a side-scrolling platformer built around an adventure game's structure: a pink-haired wild boy runs and jumps through a colourful world, but progress comes from accepting and completing well over a hundred separate events, each tracked like a quest. Some are simple fetch tasks, others unlock whole areas. Levels branch in two and three dimensions, and biting enemies to throw them is your main attack. It was directed by Tokuro Fujiwara, who created Ghosts 'n Goblins.
