Street Fighter EX2 Plus enhances Arika's 2.5D fighter with new modes, the return of a previously cut character, and three additional fighters, including the returning Sagat alongside newcomers Area and Vulcano Rosso. Its Excel system lets players connect the same move into itself for extended combos, and the new Meteor Combo, a devastating super requiring a full gauge, gives matches a dramatic finishing option earlier EX games lacked.
